Class 1 · Every Morning

First Aid —
taught, not just read.

Most students read First Aid alone — highlighting, hoping it sticks. It doesn't. Our First Aid class teaches every high-yield concept with flowcharts, diagrams and visual aids. Live, every morning.

By the end of each class you don't just know the fact — you understand the concept, the mechanism and how it shows up in a question.

Without us
Reading FA alone with no explanation
Passive highlighting — nothing sticks
No understanding of mechanisms
Confusing diagrams with no guidance
With us
Every concept taught live with visuals
Flowcharts, mindmaps and diagrams
Deep pathophysiology explained daily
HY points and exam patterns highlighted
📹Missed a class? Every session is recorded and uploaded the same day.
First Aid live class — Neural Development annotated
UWorld class — annotated question walkthrough
Class 2 · Every Afternoon

UWorld —
mapped, taught and mastered.

Most students open UWorld, do random blocks and end up feeling overwhelmed, behind and unprepared. Random QIDs teach you nothing if you don't understand why.

Our UWorld class solves the exact QIDs mapped to today's FA topics — live, with full clinical reasoning, wrong answer analysis and exam strategy.

Without us
Random blocks — no connection to FA
Imposter syndrome and uncertainty
Rote memorization without understanding
No accountability or daily structure
With us
Every QID mapped to today's FA topic
Full concept explanation — not just answers
Wrong answer deep-dive analysis
Structured daily 1 UWorld block live
🎯QIDs are pre-mapped to your daily study plan — nothing is random, ever.

UWorld alone gives you questions — we give you a system. Every QID is mapped to your daily study plan, taught live in our UWorld class, and reviewed with your mentor. You're not doing random blocks. You're doing structured, connected, daily preparation.
The program is designed for that. Day 1 starts from the beginning — your study plan, resources and classes are all set up before you join. No prior preparation needed. Just show up and follow the plan.
The Step 1 program is 120 days — structured across Phase 1 (90 days, organ systems) and Phase 2 (30 days, general principles and NBMEs). Your dashboard activates within 24 hours of enrollment. You start on Day 1 immediately.
First Aid, UWorld (3,600+ mapped QIDs), Pathoma, Sketchy and our high-yield notes — all integrated into your daily plan. You don't need to buy anything separately. Everything is mapped, connected and taught in the live classes.
Two live classes every day via Zoom. First Aid class in the morning — covers the day's topics with flowcharts, diagrams and high-yield points. UWorld class in the afternoon — solves the QIDs mapped to today's topics with full clinical reasoning. Both are recorded and uploaded the same day.
Your mentor checks in with you every single day. If you miss tasks or fall behind, they catch it early and adjust your plan. No student goes unnoticed. The system is designed to catch gaps before they compound.
NBME simulations begin in Phase 2 (Day 91 onwards). One full simulated NBME every week — same format, same pressure as the real exam. Your mentor reviews every score report with you and adjusts your plan accordingly.
Your mentor reviews your NBME trajectory, score reports and weak area progress. Based on the data — not guesswork — they tell you when you are genuinely ready to schedule your exam date.
