USMLE Corner provides structured USMLE preparation programs delivered through an online learning management system at lms.usmlecorner.com. Our services include daily study plans, live and recorded classes, mentor guidance, assessments, and supplementary study materials.

3. Eligibility

Our programs are designed for medical graduates and students preparing for USMLE Step 1, Step 2 CK, and Step 3 examinations. You must provide accurate registration information and maintain the security of your account credentials.

4. Account Responsibilities

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You may not share your account with others or allow others to access your enrolled content.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information as needed.

Prohibited Use

You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system, or engage in conduct that disrupts the experience of other users.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on USMLE Corner — including study plans, course materials, videos, notes, assessments, and platform design — is the intellectual property of USMLE Corner. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell any content without explicit written permission. Unauthorized sharing of materials may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Payment and Enrollment

Pricing

Program prices are displayed at the time of purchase. All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the stated amount to your payment method.

Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your enrolled program on the learning platform. Access is granted for the duration specified in your program.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 2-day refund policy from the date of purchase. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for full details and the process for requesting a refund.

8. Program Disclaimer

USMLE Corner provides educational preparation content only. We do not guarantee specific exam scores or outcomes. Results vary based on individual effort, baseline knowledge, and consistency of engagement with the program. Past student results shared on our platform are real but not representative of every student's experience.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, share account access, or engage in unauthorized use of platform content. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, USMLE Corner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of study progress, or exam outcomes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
